1. Payment Requirements
Full Payment: 100% payment is required at the time of purchase. We cannot process or confirm your order until full payment has been received.
2. Delivery and Quality Assurance
Shipping and Handling: We ensure that all durians are carefully packed and handled to maintain their quality during transit.
Condition Upon Delivery: We guarantee that all durians leave our farm in prime condition. However, we recommend opening your boxes as soon as possible upon receipt.
3. Customer Responsibility
Video Documentation: To ensure transparency and address any concerns about tampering or quality issues, customers are strongly encouraged to record a video while unboxing their durians.
The video must clearly show the unopened box, the unsealing process, and the contents inside.
Compensation Eligibility: If customers do not provide video evidence, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to offer compensation or refunds for any issues with the contents of the box.
4. Refunds and Replacements
Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:
A clear and continuous unboxing video is provided.
The video demonstrates valid concerns such as tampering, spoilage, or significant quality issues.
Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order along with the video evidence.
